Damit ist ein Kollege oder (meistens) Chef gemeint, der fast keine Ahnung hat. Er wird dann als "Kuddel Schnittlauch" tituliert. Aussen grün und innen hohl. Das sagt dann eigentlich schon alles über das Mitarbeiterpotential .
