Auch eine bezeichnung, wenn man z.B. Glotze schaut, auf ner Konsole spielt,... Alles wobei man auf der Couch sitzt und sich nicht wirklich körperlich betätigt (außer vielleicht einen Controller in der hand zu halten und zu datteln)
