Ein großes Handtuch, mehr oder weniger kunstvoll um den Körper gewickelt dient dann als Schutz vor neugierigen Blicken. Der Bewegungsablauf, eine Mischung aus Körperkunst, Gymnastik, Yoga und Tai Chi, fein garniert mit allerlei Drehungen, Windungen und Kontorsionen, wird als Handtuch-Tango bezeichnet.
