''Alman'' ist das türkische Wort für „deutsch“ – und seit ein paar Jahren kursiert es verstärkt als Spott-und Schimpfwort im Internet und in migrantischen Communitys ['Almanen klatschen'] 'genauso wie unter n paar auserlesenen Deutschen.
Als „Alman“ werden jene 'typisch deutschen Kartoffeln', 'jene 'Angstbürger' , jene braven, arbeitsamen, biederen Leute bezeichnet, die besonders pünktlich, ordentlich, gut organisert, spießig, prinzipientreu, pingelig, eben: besonders „deutsch“ sind (und das Land mal zu dem gemacht haben, was es mal war und sich heute wundern, wie es soweit kommen konnte)
-Jeder kann sich aber „almanhaft“ verhalten, egal, woher er kommt.

🇬🇧 "Alman" is the Turkish word for "German" – and for a few years now, it has increasingly circulated as a term of mockery and insult on the internet and in migrant communities, as well as among a few select Germans.
"Alman" refers to those 'typically German potatoes', those 'fearful citizens', those decent, hardworking, unassuming people who are particularly punctual, tidy, well-organized, conventional, principled, fussy, in short: particularly "German" (and who have made the country what it once was and now wonder how it has come to this).
- However, anyone can behave "almanhaft", regardless of where they come from.
