Die Erzeugung einer 'Illusion von Sicherheit vor terroristischen Anschlaegen' wie sie durch Polderaufstellen, Beileidsbekundigungen mit Politikertränen, das Singen der Nationalhymne, Polizisten-Hinstellen, nutzlose Videoüberwachung des öffentlichen Raums etc. suggeriert werden soll. 'Sicherheitssimulation' könnte man es böse nennen.
