Für manche Frauen fängt (in der Regel) die Periode drei Wochen vorher an ( es zwickt und zwackt, es zickt und....so weiter) und dann bleibt sie eine Woche in ihrer hartnäckigsten Form bestehen. Von nun an beginnt der Zyklus von neuem. Wir Männer sind tolerant und begleiten unsere Frauen mit Rat und Tat durch den Monatlichen vier Wochen Rythmus. :o) Menstruationsorientiert = In Gedanken stets von einer Periode zur nächsten eilen.

From then on, the cycle begins anew. We men are tolerant and support our women with advice and assistance through the monthly four-week rhythm. :o)
