"Spitz auf Blatt" beschreibt den Umstand, äußerst dringend auf die Toilette zu müssen. Gemeint ist eine Bleistiftspitze (Spitz), die bereits auf das Papier (Blatt) aufsetzt. Dies ist als Metapher zu verstehen, in der die (weiße) Unterhose das Papier vertritt, während der Drang zum Stuhlgang schon so weit vorangeschritten ist, dass der anstehende Ausschied bereits malerisch das "Papier" berührt.
