Ein Schulli ist eine Eckkneipe in Berlin, die Schultheiß ausschenkt (Biersorte; von uns Berlinern auch liebevoll "Hultscheiß" genannt). Halt ne einfache Eckkneipe: Das Bier grenzwertig trinkbar, vollgequarzt (trotz Rauchverbots?!), nix zu essen etc.
