Meint das Hinausstellen des Beines aus dem Bett bei hoher Schwindelkeit nach Alkoholkonsum. Durch den Bodenkontakt ist es dem Gehirn wieder möglich, räumliche Orientierung zu erlangen. Hierdurch wiederum wird das Schwindelgefühl gesenkt. Optional hilft auch, eine Wand anzufassen.
