Auf den Ausdruck bin ich gekommen, als ich mal wieder eine alte Märchenschallplatte (die drei Schweinchen und der böse Wolf) gehört hatte, und wegen des leicht verzerrten Klanges (wenn der Wolf jammert), des Knisterns und wegen der Schallplattenrillen ist mir das eingefallen.
Und jetzt ist mir dazu die passende Bedeutung eingefallen.

And now I have thought of the fitting meaning for it.
