Sagen wir, es könnte helle Begeisterung sein über ein verpfeffertes Steak. Oder jemand ist geflasht vom Dauerbrennen seines am Vortag konsumierten hot-spicy Feuerfood.
Tatsächlich finde ich die Geschichte dahinter drollig. Filius besucht Ommas Sachsen-Heimat Plauen und forscht im Gastlokal bei der ambitionierten, etwas unbedarften Bedienung zur Spezialität des Hauses, was dies denn sei.
"Würzflash."
"Was?"
"Würzflash !!"
Als nach erneutem Fragen wieder "Würzflash" kommt, gibt er auf.
Kundige erhellten dann, dass es sich um "Würzfleisch" handele (Erichs kulinarisches Erbe). Doch möge "Würzflash" hier existent sein dürfen. ;-)
🇬🇧 Let's say it could be bright enthusiasm over a peppered steak. Or someone is overwhelmed by the lingering burn of the hot-spicy fire food they consumed the day before.
In fact, I find the story behind it amusing. The son visits his grandmother's home in Saxony, Plauen, and inquires at the restaurant with the ambitious, somewhat naive waitress about the house specialty, asking what it is.
"Würzflash."
"What?"
"Würzflash!!"
When he asks again and receives "Würzflash" once more, he gives up.
Informed patrons then clarified that it refers to "Würzfleisch" (Erich's culinary legacy). But let "Würzflash" exist here. ;-)
