Äußerliche Merkmale sind häufig: Solariumbräune, Bubi-Gesicht, Goldkette (über dem Pullover), große Fresse haben und dann heulen, 3er BMW, kurze gegelte hochgestiepelte Haare, Muskelshirt ohne Muskeln. Typisch für den Proleten ist, dass er sich nicht selbst in dem Muster erkennt.
