Mundpropaganda
Mundpropaganda oder auch Mund-zu-Mund-Propaganda bedeutet, dass Informationen immer weitererzählt werden. Oft handelt es sich dabei um die Empfehlung bestimmte Dinge zu tun oder zu lassen. Zum Beispiel ein bestimmtes Restaurant zu besuchen oder eben NICHT zu besuchen. Gute Mundpropaganda kann wie eben angedeutet die beste Werbung für ein Restaurant sein. Schlechte Mundpropaganda hingegen kann auch der Ruin für ein Restaurant sein. Allerdings muss man bei Mundpropaganda aufpassen, dass der Stille-Post-Effekt NICHT auftritt, damit Informationen nicht verfälscht weitergeben werden
🇬🇧 Word-of-mouth, or word-of-mouth advertising, means that information is passed on from person to person. Often, it involves recommending certain things to do or not to do, such as visiting a particular restaurant or, conversely, not visiting it.
Good word-of-mouth can, as mentioned, be the best advertising for a restaurant. On the other hand, bad word-of-mouth can also lead to the ruin of a restaurant.
However, one must be careful with word-of-mouth to ensure that the game of telephone effect does NOT occur, so that information is not distorted when passed on.
