Das sieht man immer ca. am Ende eines Monats, wenn's wieder Hartz IV aufs Konto gegeben hat. Dann stürmen viele Leistungsempfänger zum Aldi oder Lidl und kaufen erstmal ein bis zwei Paletten billiges Dosenbier und ein Dutzend Schachteln Billig-Zigaretten.
