in realitas werden in den meisten Kirchen geschmacklose Oblaten (Hostien) verteilt; bei den Katholen trinkt dann nur der Pope, bei uns Lutheranern kriegt wenigstens jeder einen Schluck (wenn er/sie das will)... ___________

die kinderfreundliche Variante greift daher auch gern auf unvergorenen (und meistens roten) Traubensaft zurück.
bleibt die Frage, warum wir den "Leib Christi" essen und sein Blut trinken sollen?
ich halt's lieber mit den Worten des Kanons: "wo zwei oder drei in meinem Namen versammelt sind, da bin ich mitten unter ihnen..." _____ in den Einsetzungsworten (1.Korinther 11, 23 bis 25) heißt es ebenfalls lediglich "solches tut zu meinem Gedächtnis"...
und dazu ein Brot, das man tatsächlich auseinander- bzw. von dem man abbrechen kann, das seinerseits Biss und Geschmack hat und gerne auch nur Traubensaft dazu...
es wächst keine Ähre mehr aus dem Korn das zu Mehl gemahlen und zu Brot gebacken wird...
es wächst kein Rebstock mehr aus der Weinbeere, die ausgepresst und zu Wein gekeltert wird...
und die Scheinheiligen wollen das Töten ungeborenen Lebens verdammen...?
unschuldig daran, dass wir töten müssen, um überleben zu können, ist nur der Säugling an der Mutterbrust...

The child-friendly version often resorts to unfermented (and mostly red) grape juice.
This raises the question of why we should eat the "body of Christ" and drink his blood?
I prefer to adhere to the words of the canon: "where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them..." _____ in the words of institution (1 Corinthians 11:23-25), it also simply says "do this in remembrance of me"...
And along with that, a bread that can actually be broken apart or torn, which has its own bite and flavor, and preferably just grape juice to go with it...
